Winter literally strikes back! It's middle of the February and right now I cannot see a day without snow - even only on the ground during the night. Weather changes aren't only bad for the skin but also for the lips. My lip care is quite simple but I've decided to share it with you since it might be helpful if you have dry lips such as me.
