Liferia Autumn box - Jesienna Aura

Friday 27 October 2017

Autumn is finally here, the leaves are changing the colours and you can see how "Last Christmas" is starting to get popular - only a few days and every shop will send you a Christmas offer so be ready, but if you subscribe to box description then every month feels a little bit like a Christmas. Today I want to share with you latest Liferia box full of products from brands such as Nabla, Bee Good or Ooh!

Nabla Cream Eyeshadow Christine (Full Size) | ITALY
Ingredients: Isododecane, Mica, Polyethylene, Cyclopentasiloxane, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Cyclohexasiloxane, Quaternium-90-Bentonite, Polyester-4, VP/VA Copolymer, Pentylene Glycol, Boron Nitride, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Synthetic Beeswax, Acacia Decurrens/Jojoba/Sunflower Seed Wax Polyglycerol-3 Esters, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Trihydroxystearin, Propylene Carbonate, Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, Silica, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Calcium sodium borosilicate. +/− (may contain): CI 77491 - CI 77492 - CI 77499 (Iron Oxides), CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), CI 77510 (Ferric Ferrocyanide), CI 77163 (Bismuth Oxychloride), CI 77861 (Tin Oxide)

I had an occasion to meet Nabla by Liferia once and when I've heard that this box will contain Nabla Cream Eyeshadow I was very positive about the box - I didn't care about the product but I was happy that Liferia has decided to go with Vegan brand that bases its products on good ingredients. I was hoping that maybe I'll be able to use this eyeshadow as a base such as with Maybelline Colour Tattoo but for me, this colour is bit warmer and darker than my skin, still, it looks nice and I like to use it. The producer describes the shade as a light pink champagne and that's 100% true. Nabla became very popular right now - especially in last week after releasing the new palette and I feel like everyone has to try it once because soon this brand will be everywhere.

Postquam Lipliner Caramel (Full Size) | SPAIN
Ingredients: Hydrogenated Cocoglycerides, CI 77891, Hydrogenated Palm Oil, Hydrogenated Palm Kernel Oil, CI 77491, Microcristallina Cera, Sorbitan Tristearate, CI 77499, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Lecithin, Tocopherol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate, Glyceryl Oleate, Citric Acid

I didn't hear about this brand before and even if I used to go to Spain two years in a row I wasn't able to meet Spanish brands. Postquam is a brand which you can find in many different countries like Brazil and Ukraine but the brand started to sell their product in Poland 12 years ago! The ingredients might be not perfect but if it comes to makeup - I can see only two parabens so it's not bad, I saw worse formulas. The colour Caramel is a neutral nude shade, I feel like it's a colour that will work for different skin tones.

Bee Good Honey & Propolis 2-in-1 Cream Cleanser (Travel Size) | UK
Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Mel (Honey), Propolis Extract, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil, Brassica Campestris (Rapeseed) Oil, Benzyl Alcohol, Limonene, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Parfum (Fragrance), Xanthan Gum, Disodium EDTA, Dehydroacetic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Linalool, Alcohol Denat. (SD Alcohol 40-B)

This product contains muslin cloth, I'm not a fan of using a cloth to remove makeup but I use it to remove water from my skin after cleansing. This product will work better on dry skin because it contains Glycerin and Beeswax. Even if Honey and Propolis Extract can improve acne-prone skin, this cleanser contains Stearic Acid which can be comedogenic. Personally, I feel like I might be allergic to this product because I've tested it on my hand and it started to tingle and that's not a good sign.

Greenfrog Botanics Geranium & Peppermint Bodywash (Travel Size) | UK
Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Potassium Cocoate, Lauryl Betaine, Coco-Glucoside, Sapindus, Mukorossi Fruit Extract, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Powder*, Parfum (Fragrance): Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Oil, Mentha Arvensis (Peppermint) Oil, Levulinic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Citronellol**, Geraniol**, Hexyl Cinnamal**, Linalool**.

It's an organic body wash without SLS, suitable for vegans. I do not know this brand but I have to admit the scent is really nice but you have to remember that this product contains Geraniol, Citric Acid, Citronellol, Hexyl Cinnamal and Linalool - not every skin will accept these ingredients. I'm really happy to see Aloe Leaf Powder and Peppermint Oil here, I haven't seen both these ingredients in body washes for a long time.

Ooh! Oils Of Heaven Moringa Face Oil (Travel Size) |UK
Ingredients: 100% Organic Moringa Oleifera Kernel Oil

I really enjoy this product and I wish we could have a full size of it in this box. It's a pure Moringa Oil and it's a source of Vitamin A and C. It's an emollient so it's an ideal product for autumn/winter. To be honest Moringa Oil contains more oleic acid than linoleic acid and for acne prone skin it's not the best concentration because we want more linoleic acid than oleic acid but still, it's a very nourishing oil which might be very useful in your skincare routine. I add couple drops to the cream during the evening routine but I also add it to homemade face masks.

Overall, this box is really good. That's the best thing in Liferia - we are able to meet new brands through the box. Check the Liferia website where you can order the subscription and new box which Liferia started to reveal on their facebook page.
